For generations the Zario Pride has been trapped on an island hunting and breeding as they could. Being on this island has made them bigger and stronger than any other lions with thicker necks and more durable bodies. They have been limited to one type of prey the Water Buffalo. This is a hard species to hunt for any lion but these buffalo are different just like the lions. Instead of scattering in panic and confusion like others of their species the buffalo stay in a tight group and are now fighting back. This makes hunting extremely hard on the lions of the Zario Pride it is now very risky to bring cubs on a hunting lesson and it's difficult to travel across the wet mix of water and grass to catch these beasts. Most lions wouldn't dare set paw in the murky water that swarms with crocodiles and holds the possibility of drowning, but the Zario Pride are different and boldly wade through the water only edgy when their whiskers get wet. These lions are bold, brave, and strong they have to go through hardships like no other lions. How will another day of this never ending battle for survival end?
